Error Loading or Adding Ports

Errors when trying to load existing port mappings or trying to create a new port mapping can be caused by UPnP not being enabled on your router.


Please check to make sure that UPnP has been enabled on your router via the administration page.


If you have verified that UPnP is enabled then it could be a compatibility issue.  Unfortunately, UPnP Wizard is not compatible with every router configuration.
